How One Loses His Confidence

I am a little bit of a worrier and the sad thing is that everytime i get a fib my confidence level goes from sky high to the bottom of the sea.
Recently i had Bronchitis and it through me into afib more than once and i hadn't been in afib for over a year. I had an ablation in 2008 and have only had
3 breakthrus since then until the bronchitis. However now my confidence level is very low my mood is not like i would like it and i worry about every little thing that the body
reacts too. Terrible I am sure some of you know what I am talking about and some of you your confidence is never affected. I hate it.

Steve, you might want to read some of these posts in the "depression" thread here. You are definitely not alone in just having this monster be too much at times.

We're all sometimes just holding on as best we can. I live by the idea that whatever is happening, it will get better.
