Interesting approach for a second opinion. If someone on this board tries this, please let us know. Dr. Natale is $250 for 20 minutes while the website states most specialists are about $140. Does this include time to review any file sent previously?

I looked into a second opinion with a local EP and the cost was $500, this included reviewing all tests and records and a consult up to one hour.

Does anyone know how much Dr. Natale currently charges for an initial, in-person consultation?

Considering travel costs to get to a normal office appointment with Natale + the office visit charge, this cost doesn't seem bad.

I went to San Francisco to see Dr. Natale last year and he billed my insurance $542 for the office visit and another $112 for an EKG. Now, insurance didn't pay this full amount, but that is what was billed. For someone with his experience and taking into account how busy he is, $250 for 20 minutes is probably just about right for his time. I clicked on the request appointment button just to see what it would say, and it said he didn't have any open appointments available. I wonder how many of these he actually does.

Thanks for that feedback! Because I live in the SF Bay Area, I think I would choose the in-person consultation.
