Minimizing Post Surgical Inflamation

While I asked a similar question at the end of a long thread on homocystine levels, let me ask it a little more broadly in its own thread so it gets the maximum exposure.

With my surgical heart procedure (TTM) 10 days away, what strategies should I be considering (or implementing) to help my body deal with the intense inflammatory assault it is going to receive. What supplements should I be asking for or preparing to take on my own to bring inflammation levels under control as soon as possible?

Thanks for your suggestions.

Yes, thanks. I missed or forgot the previous pointer but now have read the pdf and it contains some good info.
