I was diagnosed with a-fib in May of this year. I just received my
medical records including 3 times in cardiac unit (on holter
monitor), trips to ER, EKG's, etc. I don't have a way to post EKG's
but here are some of the comments on them. I need help trying to
figure out what it means.
1. RVR (Rapid Ventricular Response)
2. AF with V response
3. Short -R-R wide aberrant QRS
4. Diffuse ST-T abnormal
5. Multiple ventricular premature complexes
6. Right Atrial enlargement
7. Irregular Atrial Activity
8. Enlarged cardiac sillouette with mild failure
9. S1 & S2 Irregular
I have a nuclear treadmill on my last stay on Oct. 6-8 which showed
no other heart problems. Still waiting on records to come in from
that stay.
If anyone can help me translate this into laymen's terms without the
actual EKG's I would appreciate it.
