Kjell,
That's funny! I don't know the song. Is it an old or current one?
Thank you for your reply.
What is in "Udo's Choice?"
Did you mean that you get PACs, when you took more or less than 150 mg. magnesium? That is a very small amount. The U. S. recommended daily allowance for normal individuals (non afibbers) is 400 to 500 mg. a day.
My diet is modified, not strict Paleo. I have some organic non - wheat cereal in the morning, but stay well away from other starchy, commercial carbohydrates, sugar and all processed food. I try to anchor each meal with protein, because I am predisposed to hypoglycemia. I do not drink/eat milk products - I have a food intolerance to them. I try to load each meal with vegetables and fruit. I have to steer clear of food that has tyramine, because I get migraines from them. I am always on the lookout for the culprit, msg. I haven't gotten the hang of the glutamate angle of Fran's cooking, but am moving slowly to that way of thinking.
Any suggestions?
Thanks again,
Carol
