I didn't realize

I think the web site I am on generates in England? I didn't realize that when I was bitching about not being able to afford health care. I was complaining about health care in the United States, North America.

I think you#ll find there are more US people use this board than Uker's. It generates from US.

Yes we do have the NHS its free and we sympathsize with you all out there who either can't afford the Medical Attention you need or having to sell everything so as to get the help that is needed.

OK we are sorta lucky to have the NHS here in the UK..... BUT if I needed an ablation....... and couldn't get it done in France on the NHS (some UK ops are done in France and Germany instead of UK cos it's cheaper!), then I'd go to Cleveland Clinic and pay for what appears to be the best rather than chance it in the UK.

I think it is a Canadian site. At least that is where Hans lives. There are Australians, New Zealanders, English, Scottish, Welsh, North and I think South American and French - that I know of. There could be other European counries too. It is a truly International site and as such is invaluable.

To be honest Mike I think the Bordeaux group in France would be the best... Quite a few in the US have opted and travelled there rather the CC.

My cardiiologist vieuw point (from Belgium) told me several time that the team in bordeaux is one of the best of the world . I don't remember the name of the profesor in bordeaux who is at the origin of the abaltion technique but icould find it if someone is interested .

Dr. Michel Haissaguerre of the Bordeaux Clinic actually developed the pulmonary vein ablation technique originally.
