Read the comments below the video. I wasn’t opened minded and watched the video and thought it was comical how he leaned back. But I tried it and it calmed my PVCs a bit. My heart feels calmer. I supposed it was the breathing technique that distracted me. The leaning forward didn’t help because I got a fast rush of palpitations for two seconds but then a sense of calmness. Sounds crazy but I think it helped (not as a cure but as biofeedback).

I had 3 holster monitors for up to 7 days-43% burden, 22% burden and recently a Zio patch 32% burden. Lately it felt like continuous burden which is symptomatic. After I did this breathing technique once, I’ve been having a calmer heart-not perfect but calmer, less PVCs. I just took a iwatch reading.

Your reading looks likke 24% burden. Certainly less than 32%.

I didn’t feel today’s PVCs.

These I felt. It’s my usual pattern. What then is the burden % below ?

This looks like 50%, every other beat. No fun.
