Hey guys. I just wanted to pop in and let everyone know how it's been going since I had my ablation with Dr. Natale 5 weeks ago. Everything has been absolutely perfect. I haven't even experienced a single heart palpitation. I feel exactly the same now as I did before the ablation. If you recall, I walked into my ablation in NSR and was in NSR for about 5 weeks leading up to the procedure. The only thing that is different is my resting heart rate. It's still way higher than it was prior to the ablation.

Before the procedure my resting heart rate was at 52 bpm. It's now in the mid to upper 80s. Interestingly enough, I don't notice the difference at all. I'm actually hoping my resting heart rate stays higher. I never liked bradycardia. If it settles in the 60s or even 70s I'll be perfectly happy with that.

I just had a Natale ablation a week ago yesterday. The only thing different for me is that I picked up about 15 bpm on my pulse. It was 68 just a few minutes ago. It won't hurt my feelings either if it stays slightly higher than it was before. No fun when it is down around 50 or below.

He has me taking flec twice a day so I doubt I will have any afib action til we stop that at 8 weeks. So far, so good
