Dr. Stites Ablation at Roper Charleston, SC

Someone wanted info on Dr. Stites. Well he said he went to school with Dr. Natel (Guy at Cleveland Clinic) and trained with him. I think he said he went to Western Canada and trained their and went on to Kansas City before moving to Roper in Charleston about 4 years ago.

He was recently at a conference in Italy and was with Natel. Also, works closely with a Dr. Baker and Dr. Wharton at MUSC.

This Dr. to me is right up there with the best. He probably spent 25+ hours with me after my ablation and kept me informed all the time. I saw him an average of 3 to 4x per day and that did not include his stopping in and just asking how I was feeling.

I have had perfect NSR since my release. I have a follow up in 6 weeks and he stated any problems or any concerns to think about calling him, Call him.
Period.

His nurse has already called and checked up on me. I live about 2 1/2 hours from Charleston.

My Doctor who has AF referred me to him.

I will check often and keep you'll posted on my progress.

Great news....sounds as if you received the best possible care... better, certainly than the CCF when it comes to "face" time.

Good to hear everything went well. It doesn't get any better than NSR.

I was asking where Dr. Sites did his training. Thanks for the info. Would that of been Western Canada,or the University of Western Ontario in London,Ontario, Canada. Sorry to be a pain in the butt,as my Dr. trained in London,Ontario which is known as Western University. Did he mean Western University in London,Ontario. Just want to know that I'm in good hands with my EP who has studied with the great ones like Sites and Natale. Thanks again for the info,and hopefully Dr. Sites could elaborate further..thanks again JRB and best of luck.
