Looks like Chlormequat Chloride is in all the grains.
Chlormequat side effects
Exposure to Chlormequat Chloride can cause nausea and vomiting. Higher levels can cause slow or irregular heartbeat, tremors, seizures, and coma.
Use of chlormequat on crops like wheat, oats and barley decreases stem height of the plants.

Not gluten free. I changed over in 2009 because gluten gave me indigestion which triggered afib
