What's a good liquid or highly absorbable multivitamin you might suggest. Not so much for myself or my son but my wife mostly because she has trouble absorbing vitamins.

if you have access via a practitioner to wellevate they have a lot of individual liquid vitamins. I just looked and did not see a multi... but I have gotten liquid D, C and zinc .B vitamins etc..
