Thanks Joe. I’ve been taking 2000mg of Vitamin C (four 500mg spread over 24 hours, and extra if I have more palpitations) for the past five or six years and it appears to help me.

Go through the comments. Lots of leads. Just a couple of them below.

There are two things the helped me mostly get over my irregular heartbeat. First, Buteyko breathing where you simply breath less. Second, is a regular large dose of iodine. Those two things helped me more than anything. But I do also take 1000 mg of Vitamin C every day, among other things.

Anybody you know with Shingles may want to look into this below.
Vitamin C intravenous (20 grams per day) cured me of shingles, helps when I am having mononucleosis reoccurence, helps cancer, blood on toothbrush (scurvy), West Nile (1 gram every hour until symptoms gone) and much more. Thanks Todd! Glad iodine worked for you but i'm rather careful with that, it can backfire badly. Check levels and consult with a doctor who understands the endocrine system.
