Thanks Liz. I had circulated to friends and family, the clip in the Afib forum about diluted povidone iodine gargle and the nasal spray makes good sense as well.

BTW - one of my very intelligent friends that ended up with covid used povidone iodine 0.2-1.0% gargle - 4x a day - as part of his protocol - knocked covid out in 4 days.


PS... I did mention in my email... to pay attention to labels...
