Even better is a Kraft test (oral glucose tolerance test with insulin assay- more info link in this
post) or from my friend Catherine Crofts, who did her PhD thesis using Kraft's data for a simpler test. Test insulin exactly two hours after a ingesting a bolus of glucose. Or after your carbiest meal of the day. <30mIU/L you are good, >50mIU/L bad, in between, need more testing, like a full Kraft test.
