Dietary Supplement Labeling Act S 1245

The following message is being circulated by Alliance for Natural Health.

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) has reintroduced the Dietary Supplement Labeling Act. The bill targets nutritional supplements and supplement manufacturers in an effort to pass unnecessary new regulations and give the FDA vast new powers.

While the bill is not available to the public as yet, Senator Durbin's office has confirmed that the language is the same as the previous version of the bill.

We encourage you to tell your senators to oppose this bill.

Jackie, I believe I responded by forwarding this to my congress about a month ago, but cannot find the post. Is this a new different Bill? Louise
