Some time ago I asked about using sodium bicarbonate and got replies but I'm still not clear.
In simple terms I don't have any problems I know of but am thinking of sodium bicarbonate as a general health aid.
I understand I take without food. I have developed a habit of taking a mixed lot of sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate three quarters of an hour before breakfast. A little under a flat teaspoon. This at the same time as no food supplements so I started wondering whether it affects their digestion.
Any suggestions about my protocols?
