idebenone or CO Q 10

To Jackie or anyone,

A while back there was talk of idebenone as a alternative form related to CO Q 10 with some particular alternative benefits.

It doesn't seem to be spoken about much recently.

What are the current opinions? Alternate them on a particular time basis?

Or just forget about it.

Alex - the newer, highly-absorbable forms of CoQ are found to be more useful according to what I've heard in the interviews by CoQ experts.
