There are data that show that high intensity interval training will increase HGH. [
tinyurl.com] A protocol is warm up, then 30 seconds at absolute max output, then slow for 60 seconds. Repeat for 8 reps and cool down.
Also strength training to failure.
This is an approach I'd prefer, rather than a med (much safer & cheaper, in my opinion).
