Research Study with Patients Diagnosed with Atrial Fibrilation
In-person interviews on: Monday, March 26th, Tuesday, March 27th, & Wednesday, March 28th, 2012
Survey Center Focus would like to invite you to participate in a 15 minute interview that would take place at our facility in downtown Chicago. Participants will receive a $50 honorarium for taking part in this research.
Your name and information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be identified in the findings of this study. We are only interested in your opinions.
