best test for food allergies

I suspect that I am sensitive certain foods causing an anxiety reaction. I know MSG is one additive. What is the best and most accurate test? Is is the scratch test or a blood test or neither? Thank you Lynda

Lynda - . The scratch test only evaluates the IgE antibody which means 'immediate' response to an allergen... you want to know your systemic reaction.
