Cooking your Food with Infrared Heat

My 18 yr old Profection Aire Oven passed away a month ago & i have been looking for something to replace it. It used Convection heating by circulating the heat. Loved it.
The one i'm looking at now uses 3 heating techniques to heat at same time.

Infrared function is the one that i'm looking into

Halogen function

Heats the surface of the food for browning

Infrared function

Cooks food from inside out, sealing in juices

Convection function

Circulates the hot air, even distributes heat and speeds up cooking

Heres a little clip about it.

Similar to cooking with a microwave, infrared cooking uses electromagnetic energy, or EM, to heat your food. Infrared is a form of light energy, which is not part of the visible spectrum. With new models of infrared outdoor grills on the market, some are questioning the safety of these high-powered cooking devices. High-energy forms of EM radiation, such as X-rays may pose a cancer risk, but infrared broilers, barbecues and microwaves don't have enough power to alter or damage DNA.

The only way I know of food processing so it is safe, tastes good and creates no toxins is drying below 104F.
