Erythromycin ophthalmic ointment

I saw a post about antibiotics months ago and the 2 discussed were amoxicillin and azithromycin. Amoxicillin appears to be ok to use but not the other one.
I am wondering if erythromycin ophthalmic ointment, prescribed for bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye), would be “heart” friendly as far as AFIB goes.
As usual, comments are appreciated.
