It's been a while

Hello everyone!!!
It's been awhile since I've posted. I've been in NSR since my last ablation with Dr Natale in 2020. For those that don't remember I've had a total of 5 ablations. 3 of them were with Dr Natale. 2018, 2019 & 2020.

I wore a 7 day monitor back in August and these were the results. And a TEE done in October. Here are the results of the 7day monitor. 4 episodes of brief atrial tachycardia with longest lasting 13 beats as well as 2 nonsustained VT episodes with longest lasting 5 beats. PAC burden of 0.47% and a PVC burden of 0.01%. I always make an effort to get some good exercise in when wearing on of these to capture any anomalies.

The TEE results were not as good. It appears I currently have a thrombus in my LAA. I'm scheduled to have a follow-up TEE early April to see if anything has changed. My chadsvac score has jumped from 2 to 4 pretty rapidly. I'm guessing that there will be a watchman implant in my not to distant future.

Yes Carey the 7 day monitor results are very pleasing. I had a little over 150 miles on the bike during that week.
I'll never be able to properly express my gratitude to Dr Natale, Shannon who got us connected and the uplifting support of this group of fellow afibers.
