I average 7 hours of use each night, and my month-over-month average to date for AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index, it being the total number of hours of sleep/usage each night divided by the total number of 'events' detected by the machine) is a teeth-girttingly enviable 0.5. Some PAP users would kill to see their AHI drop down below 4.0 events /hr. :X
