Is it possible to be in afib and NSR at the same time?

Is it possible to be in afib and NSR at the same time? Lately I have felt my heart quivering but I will feel my pulse and I will be in NSR. It feels like there are two music soundtracks playing at once - one being the NSR and then the other being a faint quivering or side to side movement that is also occurring underneath. I don’t have a kardia or Apple Watch to check, so I was just wondering if it’s possible to have electrical disturbances that are harmful whilst still being in NSR. This quivering feeling has been keeping me awake at night a lot this week but is intermittent and feels a lot like how afib has felt to me previously but ofc when I’ve been in afib previously my heart beat was not in NSR I have had afib for almost 7 years. I have had afib for almost 7 years. On flec and metropolol daily.

I experienced something similar. It was disconcerting as it was very fast and I was thinking it had something to do with 1 to 1 conduction rate.
I had a holter monitor test which recorded NSR during this sensation. It stopped when I stopped taking flec.
My Doctor shock his head in disbelief.
I was then prescribed extended release flec with no side effect.

I would also download the Kardia App as the least expensive method for daily self- monitoring (3-4 times a day for 30 seconds each , a total of 2 minutes in your day)..
