From there, you&#039;d have to separate capsules and add their contents to a half-teaspoon.  Then, when you see what&#039;s left over, subtract that amount from the total number of capsules opened. For example: 3 capsules - 1/3 capsule = 2 2/3. or 2.67. 2.67 X 200 mg /capsule = 534 mg.<br />
