taking K2 safe when on Eliquis? I read a lot of about K2 being good for the heart and started taking a low dose. I don't get your point, since K2 and Eliquis have not been shown to interact and K2 does not have thrombolytic activity. This method of action is unlike that of warfarin, which acts by destroying vitamin K (and K1 is what impacts clot formation). Hence K2 intake would not impact Eliquis's ability to anticoagulate. For warfarin:
