I guess it's normal to have a high HR after and ablation. I had a cryoablation on Monday and today Friday it seems to be going up and not down. I think I saw it below 80 earlier this week and now it's in the mid 90's, sometimes upper 90's. It's making me a little anxious. My HR is pretty much 93 during the day and I can keep it below 100 when I'm on my feet so I think I'll walk a mile on Monday. I'll have to go very slow. I have the lawn to mow coming up but we have a small plot, 80' by 80' and much of that is taken up by the house, shed, and driveway plus two gardens. :) I'm not used to taking it this easy.

I think I saw 84 when I first woke up and was still in bed.
