The last time I got gout was about 2 years ago when I first had my covid19 injection. (I had a bad time with side effects, taking flecainide for lots of afib) . Prior to then maybe 10 years before, so gout is a rare complaint for me and I am trying to find the cause.

It looks like I can rule out flecinide and fructose consumption as I have been eating fruit for breakfast for 5 years.
