Had afib 5 years three or four episodes a year which resolve in less than 10 hours. 9 days ago had one but did not convert Er got pulse from 160 to 123 . But iv didnt convert. They increased my medicine to 25 metapropol from one half tablet. Today they started at 300 and went to 369 i think on cardioconversion. . Said i only got two normal beats. Now they say i need to be on more medicine before they try again. Sounds like i should have been in something before today. Any thoughts? Thanks. Pretty disappointed.
