Went to my FM doc today. I have had 2 events in the last month and was glad he talked about Mg and Omega 3s. I have been skittish to do bio-identical hormones. I am in menopause (per time and blood test.) This would be a small amount via cream (not ingested.) One time when i did oral i think my heart rate sped but apparently the oral can raise testosterone and heart rate. Cream supposedly doesn't do this. I did a search on the forum and didn't see this pop up Anyone else have experience? I was on Bio-Identical hormones for a number of years, it was a cream, I had no problem with my heart speeding up. I get aura migraines sometimes and I started getting more so I just started eliminating things, but I think I will go back to taking it again.
