I changed back to Eliquis because it is the same price as Xarelto this year. I was on 15 mg Xarelto a day and Dr. Natale our my Eliquis dose at 2.5 mg a day. Overall, I am doing great. I am approaching my 2 year anniversary after my 2nd Ablation. Everything is great.
