Knife sharpening is easy, just use a fine grit belt sander and finish on a wet stone and steel. Only takes a very short time.

It's been years so I am not going to dig around for it but one example from memory.

He got ivermectin's blood brain barrier permeability wrong and didn't understand how CYP inhibition affects plasma levels and at what rates. BBB rejects IVM by active pumps (P-glycoprotein) and not by passive diffusion due to IVM's size.
