There is a device called ZonaPlus, it is a small device that you hold in your hand and squeeze as hard as you can, then it gives you instructions to continue. It is said that you use it 5 days a week and it lowers your blood pressure, I don't know what it really does, apparently it is fairly new, there is a site ZonaPlus.com, it is very expensive, says you don't need to take heart meds. Anybody know anything about this?
