Your name, e-mail address and other personal information will not be divulged to a third party
without your express written permission. The AFIB Report (afibbers.org) may use your e-mail address
to send you current and new information relating to your subscription or to subjects normally
covered in the newsletters. Your credit card number and expiry date will only be divulged to your bank and will not be kept on
file.
DELIVERY POLICYImmediately after having completed your online book purchase you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Printed books will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. If you have purchased the right to download a book in .pdf format readable with the Adobe Acrobat Reader your confirmation will direct you to a web page containing your user name and password for accessing and downloading the book. The access code is good for 48 hours from time of purchase.REFUND POLICYIf you are not completely satisfied with your printed book you may return it in good condition within 2 weeks of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs.
