QuoteGeorgeN Regarding hydrotherapy, I think it depends on you and your afib, doc is being careful. As we all know, people have different triggers. I do 30 minutes in a heat lamp sauna daily after exercise and sweat like crazy. I have commonly followed it with 20 minutes in a bath with 46 deg F (8 C) water. I always take cold water in a portion of my shower. I'm 65 and I'by hwkmn05 - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

QuoteJoe Isn't Sinovac a killed/weakened virus vaccine? It's efficacy (nobody talks about NNT) is much lower than the mRNA vaccines but not that far behind AZ vaccine (depending where one looks) However, it seems to work better against the S.African virus. AZ is pretty woeful against that strain. Anyhow, killed/weakened virus vaccines aren't without potential problems. Nothing isby hwkmn05 - AFIBBERS FORUM

Nasal breathing is normal and doesn't make you high or dizzy. I've only done humming for short periods. I think it is a known technique in pranayama and other eastern breathing techniques. QuoteGeorgeN Didn't yet watch videos, but, from memory, nasal breathing has 15x the nitric oxide of mouth breathing and humming 15x that of nasal breathing. So always breathe through your nose when you are around folks, and if you are close to them, hum. "Enough to clear the nasals but not make you dizzy", or the High? QuoteElizabeth The other side of the story by Robert Kennedy Jr. Thanks. Very lively debate between Alan and RFK jr. Robert claims that he is not anti vax and would be willing to take the COVID vax if proven safe and effective. Both relative unknowns right now. QuotePoetKim Thanks for this report. I too am thinking of doing the first week (2 doses) of ivermectin prophylaxis, dosing on Day 1 and Day 3, then not continuing at that point but keeping the rest on hand for if/when I actually do become symptomatic and jumping right on it then. Some benefits of doing the first week of prophylaxis (vs. not taking any ivermectin until I actually have covid):by hwkmn05 - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
My wife and I just finished our preventive Ivermectin 2 doses after a discussion with our ND doctor. She had treated a patient with covid, 72, with comorbidities, stage 3 cancer survivor who did not want the vaccine. 2 days of Iver and Doxy , then 3 days of Regeneron. Symptoms reduced greatly on day 2 and completely gone day 5. His wife then caught it and taking only Iver , symptoms gone in 4 dayby hwkmn05 - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
As the above graph clearly shows, there was a notable peak of excess deaths due to SARS-CoV-2 in the spring, but it has not returned. As noted earlier, some excess deaths are now to be expected at very least as a consequence of prolonged and widespread restricted access to the NHS. So, just one wave, as expected. A couple of supplements for adrenals Ive used with good success that include ASHW, are Integrative brand "Stress hormone stabilizer" in the Evening, and "Stress Resistance complex" in the morning. DHEA might also be something to consider. I would also suggest a Saliva Cortisol test for a 24 hour marker instead of testing the blood for a snapshot only.by hwkmn05 - AFIBBERS FORUM

Bottom line in all this is, fixing any sleep issues should be a priority for optimum health, but using conventional or alternative therapy will NOT cure afib.
