Hi everyone, I always get back and keep an eye on latest news on this great forum. I just want to ask if somebody have noticed a correlation with the intake of magnesium and increase in BPPV episodes. I have been taking 1000mg of Magnesium dayly for the last 7 years and I also have noticed a tremendous increase in vertigo episodes. I was wondering if those might be caused by the magnesium. Quoteallofus Dr. M should get an ablation with Natale. It would improve their relationship, plus he'd probably feel a lot better, too. hahahaha exactly!by fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi all, Can somebody explain to me what is the controversy between Dr. Natale and Dr. Mandrola going on in Twitter? I´m not a regular on this social network so I´m a bit lost when I open it and find some threads that are hard to follow. Cheers, Fraviby fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM
I will definitely follow Dr. Natale´s instructions and believe 100% in his diagnostic, it is impossible that he might misinterpreted the TEE images. I have done 3 TEE´s after my ablation and currently only under baby aspirin. Cheers!by fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks a lot for your replies, fortunately during the last couple days I increased my daily Magnesium dose to 750 mg (my bowels tolerate that amount perfectly) and the ectopics have seen to reduce tremendously and everything is almost quiet again. I also received good news from TCAI that my loop was fine with no afib seen . I think it also can be related to dehydration since I have been travellinby fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi folks, I am looking for some advice based on the expert knowledge of this great group. Being in persistent afib for almost 2 years I decided to undergo an Ablation with Dr. Natale in TCAI, this was around 2 1/2 years ago, I do not have the ablation report with me at this moment but in general he ablated a lot (3hrs total procedure time) and he even did some work on the LAA, however what heby fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM
I was not a professional athlete but very much into endurance sports for many years (20+), putting more than 13 hrs per week and participating in various IM 70.3 and lots of 21K and 10Ks. I started with paroxysmal and later on went into chronic afib, was in my mid 40's. Decided to go the ablation route with Dr. Natale. I had many talks with Dr. Natale regarding my need of getting back to myby fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM

I was wondering if there is a general consent within the EP community regarding the CABANA trial. It will be nice if Shannon or someone who attended the presentations and panel discussions can give us an update, Thanks!by fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM
I do have a couple beers almost every week, Dr. Natale told me that I can do everything but with moderation. I insisted with this question many times and he said one or two beers is fine, just remember to be hydrated. So for me a typical Saturday is to do some exercise in the morning and in the afternoon I normally have one or two beers without any problem at all.by fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hello all, I was here some time ago asking for some references regarding Dr. Josep Brugada, at that time I was in persistent/chronic afib who knows for how long (since I was asymptomatic) and happen to discover the problem in a medical check. Hi all, I had my ablation 6 weeks ago with Dr. Natale and although he said that one beer or one glass of wine occassionally should not be a problem, I am quite scared of having one and inmediately go back into flutters or loops.....I really don't know when I will try my next beer but I hope nothing will happen. Cheers...by fravi - AFIBBERS FORUM

Hello Shannon, Thank you very much for your insights and advice. After doing lots of research and listening to different opinions I have decide to perform my procedure with Dr. Natale. I am currently living in Latin America and it was the same for me to travel either to Europre or the U.S. I am very happy with my decision and will let you know how everything went.
