So i woke up with chest pain and tightness - went to measure my pulse it was 160. Felt something is wrong and went to ER. They gave me metropol IV and atrial flutter converted right way. I was discharged with he following diagnosis: SVT, Elevated Troponin, NSYEMI(NON-ST elevated myocardial infraction) Im still not sure if I had a hart attack? So i called Dr Natale office to schedule my sixthby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM

I am measuring with my phone an the rate is even. I just feel the palpitations. I'm thinking its time for another ablation. OR again i can live with this since im already on elaquis from my other ablations. im just upsetby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
I'm not sure what to do.So after 3 years no issues for the past couple of weeks Slow Flutter started on and off for few hours a day. The heart rate is in the 60s Some history i had total of 5 ablations since 2006. Last three by Dr Natale march 2017. Thanks Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
I was told by Dr that will perform my Colonoscopy that I have to stop Eliquis three days before procedure. I had my LAA ablated and need to take Eliquis. I am very concerned being off for three days not sure what to do. Thanks Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks Shannon, will let you know once Dr Natale gets back to me. Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi, I just had my TEE and LAA emptying velocity is low (21 cm's). There is mild spontaneous echo contrast (smoke) in LAA. There is no sludge and no thrombus in LAA. LAA has the so called "Windsock" morphology. I had this test done in NYU medical center and CD and the report was send to Dr Natales office. Im still waiting for him to get back to me if I can stop Elequis. Baby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi, can Atrial flutter start without elevation of heart rate? Let say resting hear rate is 65 and I think I'm having Atrial flutter with chest tightness and steady pulse and heart rate doesn't move up at all. Thanks Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Once I tired taurine and It did not make me feel good. I'm sensitive to meds and I attributed tolerance of supplements to drugs that I use for high BP. I don't take any supplements not even after my last successful ablation in Jun 2017. I would like to try again to start with lowest dose of supplants that help PACs. Please let me know what they are and the dose. Thank You Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Had 2nd ablation with Dr Natale 7 weeks ago. Had Flutter episode in 3rd week for about 5 hours. And now in the 8th week stated to have a lot of skipped beets PACs. Not sure what triggered it and if ablation is breaking. I’m supposed to stop Multaq after the 8th week but now not sure if it’s a good idea. What are your thoughts? Do I give it more time? Thanks Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Like clock work 5 days after stoping Multaq flutter started. I tapered all my meds . Fortunately my ablation is 9:30 am tomorrow with Natale. Just landed in Austin. Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’m having a touch up Ablation next Monday 10th with Dr Natale. I had developed flutter during first month post ablation and had to get cardioverted three times. I was lucky that Multaq started to work after the third coardioversion at the end of fourth week and it kept me in rhythm until I stopped it after 3 ½ months. Within 5 days after stopping flutter started and coardioversion #4. Back on Muby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi, I had and Ablation with Dr Natale about 3 months ago and was advised by his office to stop taking Multaq on my 3 month anniversary Jan 23rd. Since there is no tapering I will just stop taking it. Did any one experience any withdrawal symptoms other than AFIB/Flutter? I did have flutter during my first four weeks post procedure with three cardio versions and after the 3rd it all stopped noby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’m in third week of post Natale ablation and PACs are a big burden. They are at times painful especially when they are close together I had to take a sleeping pill at night. I was prescribed Mutaq after the procedure but it made PACs worse and chest tightness, had to discontinue it. I am taking 25 mg of Toprol ER and 360 Cardizem and things beginning to settle down.by Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’m back from Austin after my procedure with Dr Natale. All went well and total 79 min of radiofrequency energy was delivered. Since this was my send ablation with Natale all the pulmonary veins form over 9 years ago were still isolated. New triggers were identified including LAA and were ablated. Both Flutter and Afib were present and with new advances these points are now being ablated. I had sby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
My procedure is scheduled for Wednesday 23dr. The last one was in Cleveland with Dr Natale in June 1997. I was all good until Afib/Flutter started three months ago. I had one episode lasted 3hours and the other mostly flutter lasted 4 days I had a cardioversion to stop. Prior to my last ablation with Nataly I had two failed Ablations in 1996 in NYC Cornell. I had paroxysmal AFIB since I was aby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Jeff, I did consider NYU but only if it’s an emergency also if you want top EP you will have to wait. Since Dr Natale got me out of AFIB hell that I was in with two failed ablations..why risk it. Last time I waited a year to get the procedure with Dr Natale this time fortunately its 3 months. NYU does 5 procedures a day I’m sure Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia in Austen does a lot more. Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi, I had paroxysmal AFIB since I was a child and now I’m 49. After 2 failed ablations in Cornell 10 years ago and last ablation over 9 years ago at Cleveland Clinic by Dr Natale, in the past month and half I developed AFlutter/Afib. First time I went to ER to make sure I get EKG to verify and one was flutter the other AFIB. I self-converted in about 3 hours. Last episode I had started aboby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks Jackie - I will schedule with Dr Natale. Is Austin better facility then San Francisco?. Since waiting list in San Francisco is 4 months and Austin 6 months. Thanks Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi, this is Mike I had three ablations in the past the last one was with DR Natale in Cleveland 9 years ago. I had my first AFIB episode year ½ ago when I was told my father suddenly died. Yesterday I had my second episode after very stressful day. It lasted about 2-3 hours I went to ER to make sure and I was going in and out of FIB. My cardiologist thinks I should get the 4th ablation after 2by Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Can you please let me know what is the starting dose of magnesium supplements. I never have take it before but I'm having a lot of PAC and PVC and I want to try to see if it helps. Thanks Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Not sure if its related but i started takin Prozac for anxiety few months back and the frequency and duration of PVCs/PACs greatly increased. Can this be caused by SSRI, Thanks for your advice about supplements. I Mikeby Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi I'm having a lot of PVCs/PACs They started happening much more frequently in the past weeks. I had three ablations I'm the past the last one 8 1/2 years ago with Natale at CC. I did not have any AFIB episodes but am concerned that something might be wrong with the ablation due to frequency of PVCs/PACs. Please help.by Methan99 - AFIBBERS FORUM
