HI Jackie, do you know if Propafenone has also the Fluoride?by Marco - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Hi George - Glad you are having some positive effects from Optimox. From what I remember, it took a while to notice results... at least it did for my enlarged thyroid. The dose that I continue to use is the 12.5mg by Klaire Labs, but it appears they have discontinued that product so I may have to experiment. (Sigh). Thanks Susan & Jackie! A couple of months ago, I finally got Brownstein's iodine book. Turns out the most recent editions are not available on Amazon, but from him: I'd never been able to really understand iodine: too much or too little. I've taken modest amounts for a long time, with iodized sea salt (turns out poor bioavailability) and spirulina. I first started wby GeorgeN - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Some public water suppliers still contain flouride, indeed minimal amounts of it are almost always there, but some still add flouride in, "healthy" amounts. Here's a list of CA entities that include flouride in their water: Most toothpaste has it added, too, in "healthy" quantities. The list of possible side effects is pretty broad. <;by ggheld - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
In the states, Arrowhead Water company (they make home deliveries) offers 5 gallon water with fluoride added. We all drank it when our kids were young hoping it would help their teeth. I can’t say if it contributed to my afib or affected my thyroid tests because we stopped the service decades ago. I’m surprised they still sell it.by susan.d - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thank you for the link/heads-up Susan! My first AF came with hyper thyroid and later turned into a slightly hypo. I take 50 micrograms of Eutroxsig/day. That keeps my TSH and T3 at ok levels. I've also had no drinking water from the tap for about 3 years now (ours is laced with Fluoride and of course it its chlorinated a little). Hello Good Friends!! It's been a couple years since I've been on this site, but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about the wonderful folks here that helped me in my daily battle with afib for many years. Lance - Also... Reverse Osmosis does not remove fluoride...so that's a big negative. This was detailed in the fluoride post based on the interview with Dr. David Kennedy and his details about the health risks of fluoridation. Distilled water definitely has all other elements removed and it tends to be acidic if I recall correctly...so that can be a negative as well. There are aby Jackie - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

That provides the "unique" form of magnesium as the bicarbonate ion which is very alkalizing. Joe - Your final summary observation is wonderfully astute. It isn't that I think Fluoride is Ok, I don't, but I don't believe some of the things that were in the report you posted in which I responded to. I'm busy on another project, but wanted to respond and call attention to the importance of recognizing that fluoride is detrimental to the health of humans and animals. Well I don't believe that 70% of the U.S. is being forced to receive fluoride in their H20. The reference cited by Jackie rense.com seems like a paranoid rant. There are two theses in the article. Used plain, it's certainly economical and does a great job of neutralizing oral over-acidity. Always read labels to be sure there is no fluoride. Also avoid SLS - sodium lauryl sulfate. What is a good toothpaste for us? I haven't used a toothpaste with fluoride since my parents foisted it on me in Jr. High. I bought Colgate powder then, out of my allowance. Alex... there is an abundance of previous posts on the risks of using fluoridated..."anything" and especially toothpaste as it's a high concentration that is easily absorbed quickly via oral mucosal tissues. Hi Liz - I'm really sorry to read your ongoing woes and the fracture involvement. Keep in mind that a fracture takes time to heal. Bone pain can be intense. The anti-inflammatories can certainly help with some of the discomfort. What AI's are you taking?
