Great point Daisy. Ablating ganglia ??? Ive read this but when i talked to Dr Natale he said nothing could be done , my resting HR had zoomed to 78-82 for 3-4 weeks. He said when he put the watchman in i went to 90 but that it was sinus. The next morning Shannon his nurse whispered in my ear: go home relax get in the sun exercise listen to music and laugh. Thats the moment i began to get better.by Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Lani - I'm a big fan of grounding and I have the 'earthing' or grounding devices for indoor use and I definitely use 'earthing' in nature... but have not researched lately the point you bring up about the impact of 5G now in our neighborhoods. Hi Libby - I certainly wish you a successful ablation in May. I’m a “veteran” former afibber with three previous ablation procedures – thus, the Eliquis mandate. Eleven years after my first Natale ablation, I began to have long-lasting flutter events that required ablation #2 which isolated the Left Atrial Appendage and #3 as a final touchup. Once the LAA isolation is done, the conceby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Joe - I’m sure you’ll find Dr. Tennant’s book informative and useful. The various items one can use to help with EMF exposure such as Earthing pads are said to be very helpful by those using who are electro-sensitive. I use the pad for sleeping and another grounding device just because I’m on the computer so much and although I’m not aware of sensitivities, that doesn’t mean internally, thoseby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Clot risk Welcome to new readers! My focus on the Afibbers Forum is to create awareness over important issues related to Afib and overall health to promote longevity. Rich – I‘ll add a personal comment here addressing that “fragile” feeling. Over my 20+ years in dealing with Afib, having three ablations and, now a calm heart once again... my Exatests showed intracellular levels of magnesium and potassium to either be low or low in the “normal range.” It’s well-documented that afibbers are known to be magnesium deficient as it’s difficult to take inby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

The risk of stroke caused by Afib is certainly a consideration at any age. However, the stroke factor depends primarily on blood viscosity which I like to call, ‘thick, sticky blood”… as mentioned in several posts on that topic, unless, of course there is compromised heart function, in which case it would not be diagnosed as “Lone” Atrial Fibrillation. Hi Colin - My first thoughts to your question is that blood pressure can be a sign of elevated viscosity but probably only to a relatively minor degree compared to the condition of the arteries which determines whether you are hypertensive or not… if they are plaque filled and stiff, then that drives up blood pressure. Relaxed, soft, clear arteries allow for low or normal blood pressure. Yby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
