I have used LEF Magnesium Thronate powder for years and it works well. I mix it with other powders and take it twice daily. You can get it from iHerb or directly from LEF. I buy most of my supplements from LEF during their annual sale but I occasionally get burned when I decide to change a supplement during the year. Thanks for mentioning, Carey. It looks like I jumped to the wrong conclusion when Natale's NP said to discontinue NOAC's. Yes, that's what happened. At athat time, Feb., 2021, Natale sealed my LAA as part of my ablation, then I took Eliquis for 6 months, went for a TEE performed by another EP, the results of which Natale determined showed no leakage so I was taken off all blood thinners. As I remember, at that time some 24% of similar results were like me, the rest needed to continue NOAC's or a Watcby ggheld - AFIBBERS FORUM

Have you looked into a condition resulting from weakened eye muscles, called Adult Strabismus? My wife developeled it after cataract surgery at age 80, which somehow weakened the muscles around her eyes, probably from the anasthetic. I had a Natale ablation with LAA at Los Robles in Thousand Oaks in early 2021 amd a followup TEE there. I live about 150 miles away so I drove there. Both procedures were completed in less than 12 hospital hours each, primarily because the hospital wanted the labs and physical done at the hospital the day before. Study results just published in the New England Journal of Medicine shows that caffeine consumption does not increse PAC's but does up PVC's by 50% in some. Here's a link to Mayo Clinic's table of caffeine in beverages: I wonder if how fast the caffeine is consumed is a factor in its effect. If it is, energy shot drinkers certainly take the biggest risk. I had an ablation with LAA tieoff by Natale at Los Robles in Thousand Oaks and the whole procedure went smoothly with excellent care. Something doesn't track here. Afib ablations, as we know them, have barely been done for 20 years.
