A little discouraging to see level of evidence class A was so low over the 13 year recently published study, especially considering the increase of A-Fib across the population.by Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM

Travis, Wishing you and Shannon the best as you bring together the new site. I am 72 years of age, and after having been told five years ago by my primary care doctor that I was in A-fib, then told by the cardiologist and staff EP that I was already in permanent A-fib, I have since been a site follower. Contributors to the site are great, and I am thankful for the wealth of information availabby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM

Sam, My apologies for the above response. I do in fact have a newer lighter potassium gluconate in the larger bottle which I purchased about five months ago (I purchase 10 bottles at a time as three members in my family consume it daily) and which states on the bottle that 1/2 teaspoon equals 270 mg of potassium. I now realize, thanks to the information provided by you, that there has been furby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM
Sam, I have continued to purchase the NOW Foods Potassium Gluconate following the change of suppliers. The supplement facts noted on the new larger bottle state serving size is 1/2 teaspoon at 270 mg of potassium from potassium gluconate. One teaspoon would then equal the same 540 mg which was offered by the past supplier. I just viewed it as a labeling difference. Regardsby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM
Post script to my comments above: I received a phone call today from IntraCellular Diagnostics notifying me that results of the ExaTest which they had received from my primary care doctor on June 10th were forwarded to my doctor on June 16th. I came away from the phone conversation with an understanding that work for them is almost back to normal and the back log is now considerably less. Anby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM
Your experience is real; I will gladly share my current experience. I have for the past four years had annual Exatest scrapings performed at my primary care physicians office with an all around favorable experience with Intracellular Diagnostics. Approximately two months ago as I approached the date of my annual physical, my doctor contacted Intracellular requesting the replenishing of Exatesby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM
Liz, While I do not take the Spirulina in capsule form, I have for 20+ years taken it daily in powdered form as part of both my morning smoothie and afternoon green drink. Blending provides enough drink for consumption over a couple days duration, so within in each glass which is consumed there averages just under a half tea spoon of Spirulina. Jackie's questioning of the citric acid in Natural Calm is reasonable, and something which for those of us who affirm the importance of quality ingredients should be doing regularly with all food and supplement products. The deeper one delves, the greater the surprises to the downside quite often become. So happens that the citric acid in Natural Calm was at one time derived from corn, bby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM
Whether it be citric acid, orange juice, or some other food or supplement product, the conversation centers on whether the world benefits from the genetically engineered approach. Of course the pro position is that by doing so, world hunger and malnutrition is being addressed, overcome, and lives are saved. I do not accept that premise and oppose genetic engineering for several reasons. Centralby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM

I can attest to successful conversion by tensing of the abdominal muscles as it has worked for me on many occasions. I exhale as I tense the muscles, and that seems to eliminate any pressure to the heart. My afib is diagnosed lone but permanent. It is mostly silent but on those occasions during a night when it is notice, the abdominal muscle maneuver reverts me to NSR quickly. Nice that youby Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM
Jackie, Thanks again. The Dr. Sinatra link and quote which you provided is one which I have already read and offered for reading in my original thread. Comments from the article clearly support the ubiquinone choice which I have made. I have read the Kaneka link and viewed the trial extracts which are offer on their web site. Jackie, Thanks for your comments. I feel, however, you have missed what I am seeking. Most everything in the information you have provided supports the conclusion which I have come to over these past few years, in that ubiquinone is an acceptable form over ubiquinol, it just needs the appropriate delivery system. The information in the Dr. Judy link you provided clearly supports the CoQ10by Larry - AFIBBERS FORUM
