Hans
I'm bowled over. I just read the Oct AF report about the benchmark diet - my diet. COPPER and SELENIUM, esp the copper. These are two minerals I have never thought much about. Yet the way you write it, it seems that at least Cu must be a significent player. All I can think is that if I was not going the whole food way to get my nutrients this information would not have been so apparent.
Thanks for all your hard work. And I hope that the addition of copper and selenium in supplementry form is what does the trick for many/all. However, I'm left wondering about how many otherwise unknown and unnamed nutrients, along with things like CoQ10 come via a whole food diet that would go unnoticed on a supplementary diet. All I know is that whole diet has worked so well for me and I wish more people had the inclination and/or obsession to try it seriously. It becomes a way of life.
Thanks again
Fran
