Enzyme -Nexus Magazine

Just thought let you all know if you can get hold of the new issue of Nexus Magazine Dec 03-Jan 04 there is a very interesting article on Enzyme. It is very long apparently it is part 2 so i will have to try and get hold of part 1 because there will also be a part 3.

A quote from it says "You are not necessarily what you eat, but what you can digest"

If you want i will post part of the article in parts as it is 5 pages long. Shame it wasn'y posted on the www.nexusmagazine.com website maybe it will soon.
