How timely Richard!! Thanks. I just had a 2 day migraine. I was off my feet for 24 hours and nauseus and eating Phenergan for the nausea. I tie a kerchief tight around my forehead and that looks ridiculous, but I'm usually under the covers anyway, so I don't guess it matters and really helps the pain.

Your link is a keeper. I might even have to join the support group. I never had a migraine till in my late 30's. Now, I only have them 3 or 4 times a year.

Richard - I haven't read the article yet, but there is alot of support for a magnesium deficiency contributing to migraines.

Jackie:

Perhaps that's the link between afib and migraine? What do you think?

Thanks for the links. I saved them. I only get them about 3 or 4 per year. I have been off the computer for about a week because of a migraine. I have been taking Mg, but ran out about 3 weeks ago and hadn't replaced it. I certainly think it helps me. I can really identify myself - one hemisphere, nausea, photophobia and noise and severe pain.

Thanks again,
Pam
