N’s office is remotely shipping my holter and I live locally near his office.

my NP prefers a different monitor company. If you don't have skin allergies then Zio will work great.

If you exercise and sweat, I recommend using tagaderm over the Zio patch to prevent it from not peeling off. At Cedar Sinai, my cardiology office always used them for all their patients.
