Post 2nd Ablation...

My 1st ablation was in 2006...Cleveland Clinic Dr Pinsky...14 good years only occassional afib. Flared up out of the blue this year...had 2nd ablation 3 weeks ago at Emory in Atlanta. Was getting ectopics since...this morning went into full afib for about an hour. Very dissappointed to say the least. I'm pretty sure this hurts my chances of this ablation being successful? Thoughts?

It doesn't hurt your chances at all. Ectopy, flutter, and afib are all to be expected during the blanking period and you're still very early in it. The fact that it only lasted an hour is a positive sign. Don't worry about it. It's just a bump in the road and there will probably be more.
