9 Months Post Ablation - Now Getting Heavy Palpitations

Hi everyone. I hope you are doing well..

I'm about 9 months post ablation with Dr. Jais. I've been feeling great up until about two weeks ago. I've been getting increasing palpitations.

I've noticed they can start when I am laying down or sitting on the couch in a slumped position. I stand up, and they can stop immediately. I lie down, they start right back up.

Today has been the worst yet. Getting them when standing too.....and today has been longer durations.

I've been recording on my Apple Watch. Here's a reading I got just a bit ago.

If I got sit or lie down, it will start right back up.

I'm trying to see if I can correlate any of this to foods I shouldn't have (dairy, gluten, caffeine....I don't know)

Yesterday and the day before I was fine.

Anyone experience anything like this? Or, have a clue what could be going on?

Has Dr. Jais or his staff seen this? If not, I would recommend sending it to them and asking for guidance. I think that's just PACs in a bigeminal pattern (every other beat), but I think you should have Jais or his staff have a look.
