Is there some kind of reference chart that someone can link for me to know the differences among the rhythm disorders?
I've had a-fib and SVT, and they both felt like a fish flopping in my chest. One is steady but very fast, and the other is all over the place but fast too?
I know tachycardia is a rapid heartbeat, but that's simplistic.
I know bradycardia is an abnormally slow heart beat.
I can feel when I have PVCs but do they also or often have another component?
I'm not sure what atrial flutter is (although my word correct initially called it atrial
glitter).
Is a-fib just a big catch-all umbrella, that's divided into different more precise components?
I know what LAF means, but golly people, my brain sure isn't as facile as it was, and a chart would help (so no one has to write everything out for me or others for the umpteenth time).
Thanks again for your kind helpfulness!
Sue
