Does vit K2 promote blood clotting?

Does vit K2 promote blood clotting?

I've read that vitamin d3 should be taken with k2, to make sure the calcium is distribute correctly. But doesn't k2 promote blood clotting, which of course is not good if you have afib, or are taking blood thinners, even ones like Nattokinase?

Vit k1 promotes blood clotting.
